Here comes the boring but legal and important stuff. So please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you understand everything before finalising your order. Please note that by placing an order you are agreeing to all our terms below.

We advise you to update yourself with this page every time you order. This page is accurate as of April 2026.

For any information in regards to your hair, it can be found under the tab of your chosen wig. Please read the information carefully before finalising your order (we do not accept exchange or refunds) to ensure that you get the best out of your new L'B wig . Any images found on LA' BELLO BEAUTY are either the property of LA'BELLO BEAUTY, or used with permission by LA' BELLO BEAUTY. The picture from LA' BELLO BEAUTY should not be used to sell false advertisement. Use of these images are completely prohibited unless written permission has been obtained via an email from LA' BELLO BEAUTY verified email address info@labellobeauty.com. If this has not been authorised these images may violate copyright laws, trademark laws and  any other applicable regulations and statutes.

Grant of Rights with influencers. During the Term, Influencer grants the Company a transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license and right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, transmit, display, and perform (i) on an exclusive basis, the Content, in whole or in part, and (ii) in connection with the Content, on a non-exclusive basis, Influencer’s name, nickname, voice, image, likeness, biographical data, blog, website, social media handle and statements (“Influencer’s Identity"), in whole or in part, in any and all media throughout the world, whether currently existing or created in the future, for the purposes of advertising, publicity and trade to promote Company and Company’s products and/or services without obtaining any additional permission from Influencer. The foregoing rights and licenses include, without limitation, the right to (i) embed a link to the Content on the Company’s controlled websites, channels, or pages, and (ii) to post, display, share and promote the Content on the web, as well as the right to re-tweet and re-post the Content on the Company’s controlled social media networks. Influencer waives any and all moral rights to the Content and any rights to inspect or approve the Company’s use of the Content. The foregoing rights will terminate after the Term, except that, following the Term, Labellobeauty.com will continue to have the right to use, and will not be obligated to remove, the Content and Influencer’s Identity included in any marketing materials produced during the Term (including without limitation, any Content republished or tagged by Labellobeauty.com on Labellobeauty.com website, social media, or other owned or controlled digital media outlets). Influencer confirms that this release is irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, and royalty-free and will survive termination or expiry of this Agreement. Influencer shall not obtain any right, title or interest in or to any intellectual property rights of Labellobeauty.com except such rights as are specifically granted under this Agreement once payment has been accepted and picture has been produced. 

INFLUENCER AGREEMENT

This Influencer Agreement is  between the Advertiser (LA 'BELLO BEAUTY) and the Influencer.

The Advertiser and the Influencer agree:

Appointment. The Advertiser would like the Influencer’s assistance in promoting / offering / selling the Advertiser’s products via their social media accounts. The Advertiser hereby appoints the Influencer as its representative on a non-exclusive, non-employee basis to endorse and promote its services to the target audience.

Term. Once the influencer enters the collaboration with the advertiser the  Agreement shall be effective for one year.

Deliverables. The Influencer will deliver the agreed number of posts on their platforms on behalf of the Advertiser according to the delivery schedule specified by the Advertiser, ensuring the correct page is tagged and @'d (@itslabellobeauty). The Services shall conform to the specifications and instructions of the Advertiser, abiding by the rules of the relevant social media platforms, and are subject to the Advertiser's acceptance and approval. Cancellation. Either party may terminate this agreement upon ten days prior written notice if the other party breaches this agreement and does not cure such breach within such time period. In addition to any right or remedy that may be available to the Advertiser under this agreement or applicable law, In addition, in the event that the Influencer has breached this agreement, the Advertiser may (i) immediately suspend, limit or terminate the Influencer’s access to any Advertiser account and/or (ii) instruct the Influencer to cease all promotional activities or make clarifying statements, and the Influencer shall immediately comply. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time without cause upon thirty days prior written notice to the other party. The influencer agrees that if for any reason they are unable to go ahead with the promotion of the product sent to them, they will return all products/materials in it’s original packaging back to the advertiser within 14 days of receiving it to the following address: LA 'BELLO BEAUTY LTD., Unit 11, The Orchards Shopping Centre, Dartford, DA1 1DN.

 Collateral Details: The Advertiser shall provide the necessary content and briefing materials to enable the Influencer to perform the influencer marketing services. If the Influencer has obtained employees or agents the Influencer shall be solely responsible for all costs associated with the Influencer staffing.

Brand Rule Guidelines: All blog posts, social media statuses, tweets, and/or comments should be in good taste and free of inappropriate language and/or any content promoting bigotry, racism or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age). The influencer will refrain from derogatory or offensive language which can lead to harm or hinder the Advertisers branding.

Approval and Content Origination: The Influencer understands that all promotions and products they promote as part of this agreement are controlled by the Advertiser. The Influencer assumes all responsibility for verifying that the campaign materials used meet the Advertiser’s approval.   

Confidentiality and Exclusivity: During the course of the Influencer's performance of services for the Advertiser, the Influencer may receive, have access to and create documents, records and information of a confidential and proprietary nature to the Advertiser and customers of the Advertiser. The Influencer acknowledges and agrees that such information is an asset of the Advertiser or its clients, is not generally known to the trade, is of a confidential nature and, to preserve the goodwill of the Advertiser and its clients must be kept strictly confidential and used only in the performance of the Influencer's duties under this Agreement. The Influencer agrees that he/she will not use, disclose, communicate, copy or permit the use or disclosure of any such information to any third party in any manner whatsoever except to the existing employees of the Advertiser or as otherwise directed by the Advertiser in the course of the Influencer's performance of services under this Agreement, and thereafter only with the written permission of the Advertiser. Upon termination of this Agreement or upon the request of the Advertiser, the Influencer will return to the Advertiser all of the confidential information, and all copies or reproductions thereof, which are in Influencer's possession or control. The Influencer agrees that during the tenure of this contract, and for a three-month term afterward, the Influencer will not undertake influencer marketing for a competitor in the same vertical as the Advertiser.

Your personal information is used exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling your order and making your buying experience a success. Strict guidelines are adhered to in order to keep your personal information private. 

Labellobeauty.com periodically sends out special offers and discounts via electronic notice (email). At any time you may unsubscribe to our notices by sending an unsubscribe email to help@labellobeauty.com with the title 'unsubscribe'.

We do not condone nor accept any type of fraudulent behaviour.

Please ensure your billing address is the same as your shipping address. If this is not the case, your item will be placed on hold whilst one of our L'B gals contacts you to discuss matters further. You may be requested to provide supporting evidence and will need to explain why the billing and shipping address if different. To avoid this, please ensure your billing and shipping address match.

We will only deliver to the address given when you place the order. You agree that we are not responsible if you have given us the incorrect address for delivery. You would need to cancel any order placed with the incorrect address and re-order with the correct address within 15 MINUTES of placing your order.

You also agree that we will not refund the cost of any order that are delivered to the incorrect address given. In instances where the wig is returned to our warehouse and you need a replacement wig sent to you. You will need to pay a re-shipping fee.

RETURNS

LA 'BELLO BEAUTY takes pride in delivering luxury wigs that are fresh, new, and made exclusively for you. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we maintain strict quality control standards.

However, in accordance with consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Returns)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive your goods, without giving any reason.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused and unworn
• Be in their original condition and packaging
• Have the lace uncut
• Have all tags, seals, and hygiene protections intact

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and quality control, we cannot accept returns if:

• The wig has been worn, installed, styled, or altered
• The lace has been cut or tampered with
• The product shows any signs of use

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

4. Return Process

To request a return:

1. Email us at help@labellobeauty.com
2. Include your: Order number and Reason for return
3. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days
• Funds will be returned to your original payment method

6. Return Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return costs
